Policies for Housing Co-operatives

The CCH has model policies and procedures available for housing co-operatives covering the following areas:

• allocations
• breaches of tenancy
• code of conduct
• complaints
• equal opportunities
• expenses
• financial standing orders
• harassment
• rent arrears
• repairs
• tenancy agreement

It is the intention that all of these policies will shortly be available on a CD-ROM available at a price (cheaper for CCH members). However, until that work is complete, please contact the CCH for copies of individual policies. Also, if there are other areas that you require policy information for, please contact us.
